Side-note: Hope everyone had a great weekend!… as for me… my phone took a swim over the weekend which forced me to search high and low for the new iphone 5 (thank god I had an upgrade available! 😀 )..which I was only able to find in the 5c in yellow (and I now love)… anyways as soon as I finished setting up everything on my new phone and was able to extract information from my old phone with no screen… I unplugged my old phone from my computer and ta-da…guess what.. my old phone works like nothing every happened… amazing right? Well more like annoying but now I have two phones..
Anyways, I have been asked a lot about what my favorite ab exercises are.. to be honest I only do about 4-5x time a week and for about 10-15 minutes max after my workouts. The best way that I have found to flatten your belly or get some definition is to eat clean and not treat your body like it is a garbage disposal. I know you’ve heard it before over and over again but it is true. When I combine clean eating with strength training and sprints/cardio the results are endless but even if you don’t workout as often as me (about 6x a week) the quickest way to ban that muffin top is by eating right.
