Well.. actually.. we have a love/hate relationship but we’ve been much better since my best friend, Dr. Ashley Bos fixed my chronic shin splints. (Hmm maybe we should get her to guest blog about how she did it…Yes?? 😉 )
Below is one of my cardio workouts that I started to use again.
It will make you sweat and it will challenge you but we are strong so we got this!
