15 Minute HIIT Workout
We decided a new HIIT workout was desperately needed to keep our muffintop in check this holiday season.
Ya know, cause..
but right?? Anyways, here is our
15 Minute HIIT Workout:
- Perform each exercise for 30 seconds and rest for 10 seconds in-between exercises
- After full set is completed rest for 40 seconds to 1 minute
- Perform the full set as many times as possible for 15 minutes
- Jump Rope or Jumping Jacks
- Push Ups
- Walking Lunges
- Pilates Scissors
- Chair or Bench Dips
- Jump Squats
The best part is that no weights are required and you can do this anywhere! NO EXCUSES! 😉
