Champ really wanted some of my shake this morning. He eats the weirdest things like edamame, kale chips, ice cream, peanuts, shakes, pomegranate seeds, etc…like seriously… he is more human than dog and figures well if its good enough for you its good enough for me…honestly I wouldn’t want to eat dog food either though so who am I to judge?? 😉
Here is my post workout shake from this morning. I did an hour of “pump and jump” which is weights and a rebounder for an hour. For those of you who don’t know what a rebounder is, it is a mini trampoline party for one person. Literally a party but for only about 10 minutes into the workout then I get my butt handed to me.
Ingredients: 1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder, 2 frozen mango chunks (about the size of a palm or smaller), cinnamon, 2oz almond milk, 2oz water, 1 tbsp coconut flakes (on top – after blended)
Step 1: add all ingredients to blender, blend and enjoy 🙂
