10 Fall Eyeshadow Palettes You Need In Your Life:
NARS Velvet Lip Glide in Bound: This formula is so glossy yet pigmented. I love this rosey-pink shade and think is a perfect transition shade from summer to fall. I love to wear this during the day for a natural look or at night with a bold winged liner.
Make Up For Ever Artist Rouge Lip in C406: This brown-red shade is a bit different from most of the colors I usually stick to for fall lips. It doesn’t overpower on the red or brown tones [which I like] and the formula is very creamy. I love pairing this with a warm toned eye shadow look.
Jouer Long-Wear Lip Creme in Snapdragon: This is one of two true plum kind of shades on this list. I tend to stay away from plum shades because I don’t think they look great with my skin tone however, this frosty color is so pretty and different. It has a hint of shimmer which makes this plum shade stand out in a bold yet gorgeous way.
Ciate Liquid Velvet Lipstick in Diva: I own a couple of liquid lips from Ciate but this color is my favorite. It is a true red but I feel like it is little darker than some of my other reds which is why I like to pair it with my fall looks.
Too Faced Melted Matte Lipstick in Drop Dead Red: Funny story, as I was swatching this lipstick I found it’s dupe. Seriously lol I had no idea I owned essentially two of the same products until I swatched them for this post [they even have almost identical packaging – weird?]. Anyways this deep mulberry color is so pretty and perfect for fall glam. I love the formula so much I unknowingly bought a second shade. FYI: the dupe is iluvsarahii x colourpop ultra matte lip in mamacita for $6 vs $21 for Colourpop.
Too Faced Melted Matte Lipstick in On Point: I don’t even know how to really describe this color. It is so pretty and it is a stunning burgundy color that just looks so cool. It is definitely a color I like to pair with a basic eye look because you don’t need a lot to compliment this shade and too much may make your look, look overdone.
Colourpop Ultra Matte Lip in Notion: First, you really can’t beat the quality and price of Colourpop lipsticks just had to throw that out there. This color is like a blend of Drop Dead Red and On Point. It is a gorgeous raspberry-vampy shade that is a fall classic.
MAC Lipstick in Rebel: I bought this lipstick a few years ago and it is one of the few I use every fall. Also, weirdly enough, it is a plum shade. However, I think I like it because it tends to wear more purple than what I imagine as a typical plum shade. It is very wearable and I think it looks great on a range of skin tones.
Hikari Lip Gloss in Merlot: I got this lipstick in one of my Ipsy bags last year and it has made an appearance multiple times already this fall season. This high-shine lip gloss is a beautiful mauve-y red and is super comfortable on the lips. I love that it doesn’t give off a dusty mauve vibe and that it looks more sleek and sophisticated.
Kylie Cosmetics koko Collection in Gorg: I’ll admit, I have a thing for burgundy and I cannot lie but this color is SO pretty! It is a pretty red wine color and even though there are a few other burgundy shades on this list, I still think it is very different. I always find myself grabbing this lipstick if I want a pop of color.
Teeez Read My Lips Lipstick in Killing Me Softly: The thing I love about this matte coral is that it could easily be worn as a pretty summer shade or a pretty fall transition shade. If you aren’t one to go for the vampy or burgundy look, this coral color is a beautiful option and can easily be paired with some warm tones.
Urban Decay Vice Liquid Lipstick in Trivial: This matte nude pink is perfect for fall! You know I love my nude lipsticks so I couldn’t resist putting one on the list. It is technically a pink nude but it has a hint of shimmer and the formula is very lightweight [which I love].
